Game starting on a black screen with sound

My config works perfectly fine, but as soon as I tried actually playing the game, the was black but sound was working. I restarted both Steam and my Computer, windowed my game. and reset my graphics driver to make sure it was working, but still the black screen. Can anyone help with this issue?

This fixed it for me!! Go to Nvidia controlpanel and do this.
1. Go to manage 3d settings -> Program settings -> and add Sega Bass Fishing in the list.
2. Change from automatic to your dedicated graphicscard.
3. Apply
4. Start game

PS. You have to start the configuration and play in windowed mode otherwise it just crashes.
