Me too I used to play this on my friend from university's Dreamcast and it wasn't like this.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to try this out once I get back around to playing this again.
You will get used to the handling. I've played it for years (and still do) and I can weave between tiny gaps between cars.
But if you really get into how this game works, it becomes such crazy fun. Such a well made, long lasting game imo. It hasn't really aged because it's supposed to be a crazy arcade game.
This is completely wrong. This particular PC port lacks analog steering on all analog inputs (stick or wheel). No other port lack analog steering (Xbox 360, PS3, the old Acclaim PC port, Dreamcast, PS2, Gamecube, etc). There is an unofficial replacement EXE provided by a forum user here who modified the binary to add the analog controls for the steering.
