What is this strength rating BS?

Doesn't explaine at all.
I have like a dozen towns. 3 complete provincees.
Never lost a battle.
Yet have 4 strength rating.
Then you have my neighbor he has two towns. No compete province.
Yet he has a strength rating of 34...

Think of it as positions on a leaderboard. 1 is the highest, so if you have a strength rating of 4 you are in fact the fourth strongest faction.

I find that golf relation hilarious. It's not like golf, where it counts all of your hits.

It's like literatally any rl and digital game that has rankings.
