Mac OS - Feral Startup Screen Stuck and not loading start options

The game doesn't load the start options. The Feral Logo appears stuck on startup and I can't get any further than the logo screen. Any ideas?

Have you had experience of this happening again. Having read this I did what you suggested and verified the files and the game ran like a dream but 24 hours later ... NOTHING

Having the same problem myself, tried it and it worked once then hasn't worked since.

I rebooted, re-installed, did the verifying, and it restarted. But when I saved and quit, it won't launch again. Macbook 16 M1 Max. Think Feral shouldn't have sold this to people.

Just looked it up and the first 16 inch was released 2019 after this game. So my guess is your Mac should be officially supported. You could try contacting them directly.

I did. So here's the fix. Delete the file in preferences, reboot steam and Britannia. Make sure your Mac isn't using Stage Manager (I figured out the last one).

Branston, could you be more specific. To which preferences folder are you referring? I have tried everything I can think of to get TW:Thrones beyond the options screen to no avail. I could do with more specific instructions when you have the time.

I have contacted Feral Interactive and after checking everything they tell me there's some hidden setting that stops the game from working. I can get it to work on another account on the same computer but I would rather solve the issue and keep all my games in one place. Has anyone got any suggestions for what might be wrong or how I might find the problem?
