How do you add a game to the PFM?

It's that simple.

I just want to know the steps that need to be taken to add new games to the Pack File Manager.

I was just wanting to maybe make a simple mod for Thrones of Britannia, and maybe Attila if I get around to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can kindasorta get away with using the Attila setting, I've modded a few things like this. Not a good enough answer and one you probably already found yourself, but it's what we have for now. Hopefully we'll see an update and schema soon.

Oh. Because I remember when I first installed it, I thought it had given a couple options, and I might've skipped over Attila and a couple other TW games by accident.

This thread is a bit old but I just found out how to add new games to PFM so I figured I would post how here seeing that I could not find a solution anywhere else. You have to go to the file location where you installed pack file manager and open a file called gamedirs.txt. Once you open that all you need to do is copy the path to the game directory you would like to add and then paste it on line next to the game abbreviation. Save it and relaunch PFM and you should be able to select the game from the game drop down menu. Hope this helps!

Steps: Open PFM file location --> Open gamedirs.txt --> Copy and paste the new games file path next to its abbreviation --> Relaunch PFM and select the desired game from drop down menu.

Thanks for the information, though I don't know if it still works with the newest version of the RPFM. I think. But I don't know for 100 certain.

Thank you. I asked it load Attila and it put the path in the Shogun directory.
