Despite my poorness, I own all Total War games from Medieval to Attilla, with every single DLC. Dont care about Warhammer, and now this charity nonsense. RIP total war series.
Oh god, this is just terrible. Found an follow up article on The Guardian from 2017, where the person who exposed the first scandal says nothing has changed...
https://www.theguardian.com/voluntary-sector-network/2017/apr/10/whistleblower-war-child-need-anonymity-corruption
Nope, I am not buying this game with this charity crap slapped to it.
Yes that is at the end of the article, but the article itself does not at all sounds reassuring. I highly recommend reading it.
Click bait title? The title of that article is
"I exposed corruption at War Child. Here's why whistleblowers need anonymity"
, which corresponds with the content. For me, the fact that what happened in 2001 and the fact this bussiness was allowed to continue, is alone appaling enough. I cannot buy this game with this charity slapped to it.

Some people don't like it for racist reasons, but others just hate scamming charities.
Wouldn't be the opposite tho, if they help the kids in warzones they don't need to become refugees.
