how to interview the tall man and the conductor？

Sorry for forgetting those npc's names, the tall man is the one standing on the right of dinning carriage and the conductor is the muscle man.

I have stuck for hours and I don't know how to interview them. I have collected a ticket under a seat, but what else do I need?

Exm, is there any clues about the code to the briefcase? I searched for the clues appears as a hexad (like billiards listed in the pool table or dates and so on) and tried the combination but failed.
