Crashing and Not Repsonding

Game keeps crashing saying fatal error or the game freezes on the loading screen in between races. Anyone else experiencing this or have a fix?

Factoryphoto try looking in your monster supercross folder for some sort of settings file and delete it to reset your settings to default. Sorry, I'm not at my pc or I would check the folder to see what the file would be called.

Hello there, since it's never easy to find a pattern in these kind of events (if there is any), please do so.
Next time the game crashes, follow these steps

Here's the instructions to create a dump file:
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO WHAT FOLLOWS JUST AFTER A CRASH, AND LEAVING THE WINDOWS POP UP WINDOW RELATED TO THE CRASH OPEN
1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type sysdm.cpl in the text field
4. Click OK
2.Click on the Advanced tab
3.Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
4.Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
5.Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
6.Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
7. Launch the game
8. Leave the error page open
9. Go to the task manager
10. Right click on the application (look for the name of the game)
11. Click on "Create Dump File"
12. Go to %systemroot%\Minidump
13. Take all the files, put them in a .zip folder and upload them here

If the file is bigger than 10mb upload it to Dropbox or Google Drive

When this is done, please send a ticket to our Customer Support - milestone.it/ then click on Support - mark it as "Error crash dump", attach the Dxdiag and attach the dump (or link to GDrive or Dropbox in case it's bigger than 10MB).
This way, we can understand if it's directly game related or not.

A friend had this happen and it was due to a corrupt autosave file. A re-install didn't fix even because it was in the save file. So delete your save file and will be good to go :)

Drawback is you have to start all over, BUT at least the game will work again.

just delete whole Saved folder

Again, this is a "fix" if your getting the fatal error on game start-up and essentially can't play at all (broken game).

C:\Users\youruserhere\AppData\Local\supercross

Ensure you have "Hidden Items" selected in your view to see the AppData folder.

Delete the whole Saved folder

Thanks, I did find it and deleted it and restarted steam ..Started the game and right before the screen comes up that says "select enter" my screen goes red then black stripes run down the screen it pauses then get the warning"fatal error" and crashes . It worked perfect for a few hours

after 15 hours of gameplay, i keep getting fatal error messages and no engine sounds.

Game freezes on the loading screen between sessions , seems like between 60% to 70%, happens like every other race or between heats, I'm having problems with the replays even playing,have yet to have at least one work , freezes up and I have to ctr-alt- del out.
Early release or what.

Reminds me of the memory leak issue on PUBG during the one build of the game where a lot of players were reporting that they could only play one match and then the game would crash the next time to they would try to load into a match.
