from the bottom of my heart - thank u for this
now if someone could fix the BGM issue were it just fades out and stops then this port might actually be worth something
The current PC build was actually completed back in 2018 along with the Switch version, so I doubt any update will come to fix things. In fact most of the PC build files are inexplicably included within the Switch version. When I learned that and after also comparing the 3DS version file structure is when I finally decided to buy this on PC and immediately attempt to mod the voices in.
I own the 3DS and Switch version, and Switch version in Ryujinx at 2x upscale looks so much better, gorgeous actually, but there is some input lag.. Really can't win. I will try the English patch, THANK YOU, but I will probably return it.
When the native PC version looks worse than a switch emulator, that's pretty bad!
I will try to launch it tomorrow, but the 3d backgrounds and other assets can run in 1440p. Just the character models will retain some pixelization. At least that's what I remember from my very brief testing after getting the game. I would be super interested in seeing comparison screenshots or something, so we could figure out what went wrong and what (if anything) can be done to fix it.
Can you let me know HOW? I don't see resolution options.
Just so I understand, does installing this mod affect the music looping, or are you saying it is like that anyway on the PC version?
