Open Palm vs Closed Fist?

Pros and Cons? That one quest in Tien's Landing that you can't complete unless you're CF annoys me to no end, even more so because it stays in your quest log forever.

I like how the end of the game has a single choice which completely undoes all of your prior morality decisions. It makes the rest of the choices seem important.... :(

just like in real world you get more advantages if you choose closed fist, although its not nearly as hard as in the real world to choose open palm.

anyway, if u wanna be cool then choose open palm.
if u are a wimp and not strong enough to be honorable then choose closed fist ;-)

Think of it as Light-Side/Dark-Side, because this is basically Knights of the Old Republic without light sabers (down to the random cannibal mutants, even). Only instead of light and dark, it's Nice and Jerk.

Yeah, it really doesn't matter much which style you pick. They are fairly similar as far as gameplay goes. I usually picked open palm because it seemed cool.

Generally Open Palm rewards a bit more XP whereas Closed Fist generally rewards a bit more money. It's not a huge difference. There are some situations in the game though were a Closed Fist approach leads to noticeably harder fights. As far as techniques and magic go, I'd say Closed Fist has a slight advantage.

play 2 different characters... some quests that require closed fist or open palm characteristics are better done on new game plus mode
