camera rotating out of control

i can't do anything with this rotating camera, i can try to look around with my mouse but then it would just stop working and keep rotating, everything else seems fine.

i even unplugged my mouse and controller, and the camera is still rotating.

can anybody help me with a solution to this? its the only thing keeping me from playing this game, and i really wanna play it

My camera kept rotating too. I unplugged my controller and then it stopped rotating. I want to be able to play it with the controller so I'm hoping there's a way. So far I haven't found one.

I had the same issue. It mapped the camera control to one of the trigger's as the z-axis with the trigger held halfway in as the "neutral" point. Start the game and re-map the camera controls to the right x/y axis before loading up. I was able to re-map everything but the triggers on my xb1 controller and now it works just fine.
