i've go this game, free from origin, add to my origin library games.... but, every time i am trying to download via origin browser, i cant... its say something error code..... from monday until now... i still fail to downloading this game from origin.... >.<

help, me... how to fix it ?? T_T

Are you running the latest version of Origin?
You might try running Origin as an administrator.
Failing that, try contacting EA support. Be sure to include the exact error code when doing so.

Do you have a joystick/gamepad plugged in? If so, try unplugging it and see if that fixes it!

Did you notice that the extras aren't quite the same? They only have one resolution version of each wallpaper, and the first artwork is in psd format instead of jpg. Very odd. If you open it up in photoshop, the bottom layer has a watermark on it from "gamersgallery.com" O_o

I wish that fixed, it. I still cannot get the game to load at all. It's a pain in the ass. I want to play it.

For some reason, my wired Xbox controller doesn't work. Like at all. I wonder if it's because I'm on Windows 10. I tried changing the config file, but nothing works. The game starts up, and seems to work with KB+M, but not with a wired Xbox controller.

1. reload my games = how do u that?? no changes in my game library....
2. using safe mode download = doesnt work ...
3. using origin beta patch version = there is no download origin beta patch, at all....
4. iam not using proxy game at all...


NB : my jade empire still fail download, its stuck on prepare download .... T_T

My gamepad works, but I had to change the config manually to get the controls right. Is the gamepad working in Windows?

Just tried my Logitech gamepad in Win 7, and it had bound the "look" controls to something really odd. Look left/right was Left Stick Z axis, Look up/down was Right Stick Z axis. Very strange.
