Where are the dialogue files

I want to do some light modding, and I'm trying to access the game's .dlg files. I downloaded what looks like the only dialogue reader out there, but I can't find the majority of the games dialogue files in the directory!

The ONLY .dlg files I can find are in Steam\SteamApps\common\Jade Empire\override, and there's just three of them: Sky, Wildflower and Lili. I can use a different program to read the .tlk file but it's very difficult to organize and it doesn't give any triggers or organize the dialogue by character.

Does anyone know what's going on here and how I could go about getting into all of the .dlg files? Thanks!

According to the mod wiki, you should be able to access the .dlg files and text data by manipulating the dialog.tlk file in your root folder location for Jade Empire. You can find out more with the links and third-party tools below.
