How to use Strife ultimate skill??
Here it says to hold A (xbox control) with the full bar but nothing happens

Single player it is when you swap in the character. So if you play as Strife and swap in War, you hold the A button to make War appear and use the skill - if you play as War and swap in Strife, you hold the A button to make Strife appear and use the skill.
