[Bug] Chapter 5 the vault door just cant open

After finishing collecting the two vault seals, return to the vault area and beat the boss.
But when I try to open the vault door, it just wont ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ open.
I alr checked other playthrough, but the indication of opening the vault just wont pop out.
I wonder anyone encounter the same issue as me, and the screenshots are listed below.

Btw, genesis is still a good game after all, but sometimes buggy af.
Hope the devs can fix these issues soon.

Sorry to hear you´ve run into a bug with our game, could you please report the issue here - https://redmine.thqnordic.com/projects/darksiders-genesis-community so we can take a look asap.

You can upload your screenshots and such there without any issues.

I had the same issue; doing some strafing around made the interact-button pop up when being slightly below the pit, rather than standing right on top of it.
Try taking some steps back and walk around a bit.

I alr tried strafing around, but the button just wont pop up.
Maybe just unlucky...

Just reported the issue. Hope this would be fixed soon so that other players wont encounter the same problem.

For me at least, the interact-button only popped up SUPER briefly when standing in a specific spot below the pit. Hope it's fixed soon anyway!

I have a similar bug. Here's what I did:
1. I got the left-side (Vanity) half of the seal
2. I went back to the center and placed that half on the floor
3. I got the right-side (Avarice) side of the seal
4. I went back to the center and killed the boss
5. I stopped playing for the night (back to desktop, quit Steam, turn off computer)
6. I resumed my playthrough the next day and now, only the right half of the seal is on the floor even though both halves are gone from ther respective pedestals

Problem solvedd by abandoning the mission, then restarting it and placing both halves at once.
