Taste of His Own Medicine (chapter 12 Maelstrom side quest)
Defeat the Corrupted Shaman in The Maelstrom with a lightning - element attack.

i don't no how to use lightning - element attack to corrupted shaman in the Maelstrom.

is there some one achieved this side quest ?

Strife gets a lightning-element ammo type (I forget where, sorry). Get the Stormcaller low on health, switch to that, and problem solved. There's probably a way to do it with War as well, but not worth worrying about.

By the way, if you're looking to upgrade all Creature Cores, this is the best place to get the extremely rare Corrupted Tidehunter one - if you do not hit the Stormcaller, two of them will keep respawning from the pools infinitely, allowing you to farm them for Core upgrades and a few extra souls.
