Fanatical has the game on sale for $32 USD

So fanatical is selling keys for the game after using promo code MAY10 you can get the game for $32 USD. Just as a warining if if buy the Steam key you will be unable to get a refund for the game and I have heard from some people that they are getting 20 fps and below on even low seetings (no idea what their specs were), also since Fanatical is a "foreign" company not based in the US and what not your bank will likely charge you a foreign transcation fee of under $2, just wanted to let you guys know for those that think that even $40 is too much for this game that is "decent" at best

If you pay with paypal, you're going to pay exactly what the price is as long as the currency does not change. I use outside websites (approved) all the time to save money so yeah... :3

I use Paypal and I still get charged, that is why I mentioned it in case people wonder why they were charger an additional/ seperate charge since the foreign transaction fee is a seperate charge

I'm getting 15 fps in a GT 1030 in some scenes (when walking in the academia) , I know that that GPU isn't powerful but I should able to get 60 fps in low at 1080p for example, even in low it run 15 fps... using 100% GPU for some reason.

EDIT: Nevermind, it just at bennening.
