What's next and why?
At this point I don't know for sure any move.

I only can guess. Since every puzzle can be solved without guessing, what am I missing?
Which tile can I mark as a bomb, or which tile can I remove savely - and why?

After guessing I can solve the puzzle, but that feels like cheating!

As I tried to explain in my video you can remove three tiles in column 1 (from top to bottom: 1, 2, 6) and mark three tiles in column 6 (from top to bottom: 1, 2, 6). The reasoning behind this is that there has to be, and can only be, one mine in tiles 3 and 5 of columns 1 and 6 each according to the 2-clues in row 4.

After watching your guide everything was clear to me.

In some levels there's one point where you may get stuck, beyond this point everything's clear

5 bombs in rows 3+5, 2 of them on the right, so 3 on the left. That means 1 must be in the intersection column, leaving 1-1 for the 1st and 3rd columns by the 2. So you can open the rest of 1st column -- 3 cells, plenty to continue.

After that you can mark 2 bombs in the first row and the rest is just mopping up.
