MD7 - GoZ

Thanks Team,

Just got the new GoZ plugin up and running, look forward to playing round with it now!!!

Some caveats on the install. This is for Windows 7 by the way. Make sure to download zip file and extract it's location in the file folder stated or your own dedicated location:

C:\Users\Public\Pixologic\GoZApps

I unzipped in a different folder, a download folder, created my own folder called Marvelous Designer (with a space) , copy pasted the contents into it and it wouldn't work at all. Once I just unzipped 'MarvelousDesigner.zip' that was placed inside of the above folder as mentioned it worked fine.

You will need to find the .exe on your hard drive to point towards MD7, point it towards the exact .exe of MD7 and not a steam rungame id.

'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Marvelous Designer 7 For Steam' is the default location on windows 7 but it may vary at your end.

Make sure you are running Steam in Online mode too as it will fail otherwise.

If sending a garment crashes ZBrush4R8 the first time like it did with me, I didn't have Zbrush open at that point, just have Zbrush running also in the background. Once I did that it worked fine from then on, either to MD7 or from MD7.

I tried to send as 'multiple objects' and it tried to create a seperate subtool for all the bits and hung Zbrush to be honest!!! When I send as single object, no worries.
