I hear Luka singing in the trailer song, although the tuning is badly done IMO. The Vocaloid characters themselves are not there though.
Anyhow, just get that and launch it through Steam. Close enough. Then buy the official version if it ever gets ported.
I removed TomatoSenapai's answer a while ago because - yes, there actually are a few Vocaloid games. Project: Bits is going to feature Vocaloid songs - I even submitted an own Miku song to the devs. I heard Muse Dash had some too.
As for games with Vocaloid *characters*, there is a Chinese rhythm game called Invaxion going to release soon.
