I'm running out of options. I've found and can access oil, sand, rocks and steel, I've explored most of NW Oregon as far as I can get to. I can't get to Eugene or the coast. I hope Bethany (west of Portland) is useful since I can get there after I finish the route with steel. The road to Madras is nearly complete with rocks. Wood and dynamite would be useful because that would upgrade my source of rocks, ore and steel. Ive not been able to find the gravel source the guy mentioned in response to ano...

I did it three times now. First time as I fixed the road, but I didn't know the reason. Noticed it at the second time, as I fixed it again. The third time, as I presumed, that it is the car factory there, I delivered engines instead of steel. As I expected, the game freezed again. Just an automatic "backupSave_xx" can undo it for me. So what I can do now, is to stay away from there, but earlier or later, I need to take care of this town. Help is needed. Thanks in advance....

Hi, there is a paint factory in salem, and it requires oil to produce Paint. Problem is, so does it's town, so paint production is locked untill I complete the town. Salem requires 8 resources to complete, and I need more than 300 of seven of them. One of them (cotton yarn) requires paint to upgrade to tier 2 - so i can't really build it closer, nor can I reliably produce enough of it without resupplying. So far I came up with completing storage industry, building 2 or 3 of those nearby, and then trying to...
