The "Shelter" dream becomes your only dream once you reach a "special state" where you no longer consume food or get cold. That should be enough to go off of, you'll notice it. If you don't come back and ask.
edit : to your second question, NO when you reach the "linear dream states" you don't need top spam sleep. The dreams you are missing are automatically unlocked by visiting wreck, shuttle, and resting one time during "special state."
You're done spamming sleep. Just continue normally and remember to rest once during special state.
Now only missing the last How High and the singular dreams and gonna push for the shuttle area.
