xbox one controller not working for worms

Hello,

I got my xbox one controller today. It workes in other games like GTA V or Project Cars, but in Worms it is not recognized at all.
Neither I can navigate in the menu or game, nor can I rebind any key.

My old Logitech controller works just fine in worms (it was not plugged in when I tested the new controller).

Anyone had similar problems or even got the xbox one controller to work?

Sorry to hear about this.
I've just fired the game up with an XB1 controller and had no issues.
Could you please make sure that you're running the latest available drivers from Microsoft.
If you are, please follow the steps below:

• Controller Setup
  
• Manually set your controller input

yeah i have the problem that the game thinks im pressing nothing on my controller

You need to go to the game properties in steam and set "Steam Input Per Game" to "Forced Off"
