Still regardless, you have to buy it fair and square, and as well, Codemasters did not publish this Ultimate and had no part in it.

For multiplayer I can't really say as all I do is play with those on my friendlist, but most sources say no. They way they set up online multiplayer to have very limited options (and removed wormpot from it entirely) kinda crashed it into the ground.
Worms 4 can still be played online using Tunngle, if anyone is on there.
