Stuck at the crystal man

I tried all I could on the crystal man, I tried to remove all the excrescent crystals but it seems doesn't work....I even tried to eliminate his body......still he died......sorry

Hey there, sorry you couldn't pass the Crystal Man: The key is to hurry with the scratching and scratch all the tiny crystal parts and enough of the large areas so that the main crystal areas disappear. You can watch BaerTaffy cure him here (at about min 21): https://youtu.be/X6ZcaMI8VVw?t=1267

In case there is something else wrong, you can support a bug report from the main menu (bottom right corner). It's very easy and fast to do and helps us a lot, maybe there's something else wrong.

Well I got the game a couple days ago and am now stuck at this part too. Unfortunately, he seems to pass it in the video only BECAUSE of a glitch. After failing once, the game allows him to start removing the crystal while the guy is still saying "I am the crystal man". So the timer doesn't even start unil he's almost done.

Unless there is some trick to it (apart from being super accurate and speedy) I believe the time limit needs a slight bit more leniency.
- After a few more tries I finally got squeaked through, no trick, just be fast and lucky I guess.
