So, I've had this on my watch list for a while. Currently it's on a good sale. Tempted to try it, but.. a couple of the reviews mentioned something that stood out to me. They said much of the game difficulty is around limited inventory space, forced item pickup, and having to defeat bosses to get 2 extra slots a piece. I played the demo but there wasn't any actual sexual content, just alot of suggestive stuff. Is this just an echii game or is there an external patch as needed like there usually is?
