I could only see upper left quarter of screen

My screen resolution is 1920*1080. I tried "-widowed" and "-width 1920 -height 1080" launch option but it wouldn't work

Try properties, override high DPI scaling set to application

thank you for information. but still I can't figure out how to change settings. is it in game settings or steam property? if it is former, I won't be able to change anything in this circumstance.
