Other team is working on Thief Sim 2. We don't have access to that code etc.

Pc or mac? Also what is your level? All contracts should be visible in the computer at thief home.
Remember to restart the game after buying the DLC.

Do you have a contract tab in the computer? Is it the same on a new profile? What is the game version in the main menu?

That is an old patch you need 1.8, try to update / reinstall the game.

Amazing. At this point I was half convinced Noble Muffins don't exist anymore, to be honest. What with TS2 being out and basically done, too.
I am very, very glad that the DLC is finally out. Instantly bought it and am now downloading the game to beat it again.
