New game plus has no car key in 702 and 704.

I know new game plus creates a profile of completed story, so some items can be missing. But I don't understand why 701's car key is available whereas 702 and 704 are not.

Also, on the top floor of the main building of 701, a bald guard saw me through a solid bookcase when I was crouching on the balcony next to the pool.

I stole the Galigati, I'll never forget the name because I have been typing it in search bars over and over today, and it is still showing it as an uncompleted task. I went back to see if it respawned or if I had misremember, but nope it's gone gone. I think that 704 was the one that had the key in the kitchen? I had to crouch down to get it, it was on a bottom shelf.

Yes, 702’s in the tennis court, 704’s in the kitchen. If you follow the mission, the words keep showing. But if you play a new game plus, there is no word, and no key for 702 and 704’s cars.
