Round lockpick for Sunvalley Str

What the heck is a round lockpick and how do i get it? do i just progress in the game or is there a way i can get it? it is required for Sunvalley str farm houses.

it will unlock after doing some of the contract missions.

So, some of the houses you can actually access without the round lock pick. you will need to do some jobs and what not to unlock the round lock pick.

I'm trying to do the second contract which is the portable generator but I don't see how to get into the barn it is stored in as it only has a single door that opens from the outside and that requires the round lock. I also don't see a way to climb into upper level access points. any tips?

NVM: Didn't realize the last barn didn't have bars on the window and could use glass cutters. :)
