Missing Blackbay Items

I've stolen and sold every item on Blackbay EXCEPT for 4 things listed in the "Other" category:
"PBB", "Digital PB", "JB 02 Tuner", and "TC v23".
What are these items and where can they be found?

Industrial area. I think 3 of them are at car tuner place and maybe one at the place you passed just before that... 103 maybe?

Did you find the TC v23? Do you remember where, I looked all over the place and couldn't find it.

They are all in the car tuning shop. A couple are in safes, one on the top of a shelf in the garage (you can barely see it, looks kinda like a circuit board) one on a crate outside in the fenced area outside the office door, one in the red shipping container, one in a locker, and the other I forget but it is in the garage somewhere. Possible on a workbench or in one of the desk cupboards. I forget which one is which so you’ll have to check all those places. I ended up just waiting till new game plus and used the cloaking device, lol. (Note that if a guard is on the other side of a car even partially they will see you when you are cloaked, for some reason. An odd bug)

I can't believe I've missed them all this time, but they were well hidden and tiny.

Yea it took me ages to find the one on the top of the shelf, lol. Character is just barely tall enough to see it while standing, I actually spotted it when going up the stairs and it seemed out of place so I investigated and lo and behold that was it. 🤣

Один TC v23 снаружи, на коробках у запароленной двери. Другой где-то внутри, его быстро находишь.
Один JB 02 Tuner на машине в гараже, на капоте, другой в красном контейнере, вроде. Ну или внутри гаража, я не помню, как нашел :D
