God like hacking laptop that could neutralize an entire security system with a difficult puzzle but it required a lot of money to buy.

First off I love this game. I want more of it, the houses dont need to go up in wealth so quickly, and the loot didnt feel that exciting. Some loot ideas could be more collectable sets to be sold together, handheld gaming devices, gold bars , change jars, more jewelry (lockets, rings, earrings). you could ever go as far as implementing more alcohol and other drugs , perscriptions etc. bathroom mechince cabinets would be cool. I also think there should be garage door openers that be hacked / cloned. The sound of the garage didnt seem to alert anyone enough also. If they hear their door open they should call the police. As far as mechanics go, i think there could be another tier of lock more similar to oblivion, and harder. And the mini electric lock should take longer, its too easy as it is. I like the hacking mechanic but i felt like there should also be a step you take to wipe the device. AI could definitly use some improvements, there was many times i shouldve been caught. it would be nice that instead of having tons of people walking around, that it was actually people who live in the neighborhood who go out on walks sometimes, and a few strangers. People shouldnt appear at the front of their house, they should walk up. Cars driving by also seems like it should raise suspiciousion. More people should have cars and you should be able to scrap a car once youve removed all the peices you want. There could even be another location of a mechanic where you can sell car parts exclusively. Hidden wall safes would be cool, behind paintings. Ive seen other comments about it, but i really want to upgrade my car so i can carry more big items. Lastly, I would like to be able to skip time inside a house, like wait in the wardrobe.

So a few more hours in and I see some things better. You can see very far, there is just nothing to see. Vsync slows the game down a ton. I can turn it to low and seems to max out at about 100 fps. Smoother, but I feel it should be better. I have had civis pull guns out on me, but you cant fight back. Would be kinda neat to be able to run/fight... but I get it. This is not a fighting game. Really it is a LV based puzzle game.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but here is a couple ideas for the game.

1) Customization - Change Clothes for your character, random skin tone, eye tone, etc...
2) Change of Sex - Male or Female

and yeah. Peter please don't add any combat in this game. Lack of combat/violence is what makes the game unique. It won't feel the same and lose identity

Steam Workshop support would be awesome in bringin a lot of content from the community.
The first comment pretty much nails what's needed in my opinion.
I'm not sure how to say it here, but I think the current ending isn't the best for future content.
Another thing, if you add more difficult options, please add a way to disable them individually (Prison Architect is a good exemple)

I feel like we should have more types of places to rob, such as restraunts, corporate offices, and other buissnesses, both wealthy and poor. Maybe add in a Commerical District for this purpose? The only other things I would say would be extend the storyline and add more neighborhoods, which you are already doing.

I'd also like to be able to break into an actual police station in order to steal from teh evidence locker. Like maybe they have evidence from my last robbery and I gotta get it back (along with anything else I find in lockup along the way)!

Ability to use your money and bribe cops,mayors into leaving an area for a certain time or just letting you go down the block. Maybe make it like the sims where you can earn trust and be able to walk around someones home. How about buying and furnishing homes, selling them, hosting a event and invite friends and neighbours, rob them while event is running. Grociery stores, banks, military bases, clothing stores, custom characters that I can steal items and put keep.

During deconstruction? Free camera. DEFINATELY. And no more locking on to the part to remove. Free camera, leading to targeting, which allows us to take parts off by clicking and holding on them instead of highlighting then detaching each part slowly in order. If we can just hold down the mouse and move over the parts to remove them, that would be best. Free camera within limits would be best for all dismantling. It's irritating to have to cojole the camera to work for you.

Add a parts market for the car parts we cannot sell on the black market. Unload the junk.

that's violent at least so the game will lose uniqueness if they implement it
