Edit: It's a bit tricky to "climb" up the rock...
As someone posted, there is the rock. It's easy to climb the rock if you are able to park the big black van in a way that does not raise suspicion.
It is the same way I get into 202. Park the van, jump on the hood then the roof of the van, and make the jump inside (where the vines are at the back).
Where the rock is, at the back of the house, the door you can lockpick is the best way. It will not alert any of the security patrols. Getting in from the PDA-hack door will instead alert security guards once they notice it's unlocked.
To loot paintings etc, there is a window at the back, in one of the bedrooms, leading to the roof and to a wooden pergola-type structure which brings you all the way outside the building. Park your van there and you can rinse that place easy.
