I can't seem to change the language.

I found it in the options but it doesn't expand to languages that I can use.

the steam properties also does not show a language tab for me. where do i change the language then? havent found it in options

I reinstalled it and the problem is still there. If it helps when I click on languages a semi transparent rectangle appears below it.

The languages option I'm talking about is within the game's settings.

I was playing with the resolution and then went back to languages and it was working. One thing I noticed is that originally the option was named just "Language" but after I was playing around with the resolution and came back it was titled "Language en"

i just found the Language line it and changed to to "en". thanks for the tip!
seems like the dropdown window does not scale well with the resolution in your case

Maybe it has a problem with some super wide resolutions.

Maybe, I'm playing on a 1920x1080 television. But when I went back to the languages it was at the same resolution that I originally had on. I also want to say that I was playing with the resolution not because my picture was bad but because it had a drop down menu and I thought maybe if I played with one the one for languages would work.
