No Sound :(

Im having the problem that my game doesnt have sound. I saw that i needed to update the driver but im dumb so i don't know how to do that. Can someone help me?

I would like to say i have tried all known methods to fix no sound in the game for myself including this and i still dont get sound in the game every other game i get sound no problem except this one

I have a few questions I might ask one by one, some together, to try and help.

What are you playing on, A laptop or desktop?
Does your sound come through the monitor or do you have computer speakers?

Desktop and my sound comes from speaker it works just fine with every other game except thief simulator for me ive checked sound settings reinstalled drivers and check the motherboard drivers

The audio settings in the game aren't very detailed. There are only on/off check boxes and volume sliders. If you've made sure the volumes both in the operating system and in the game are up the only thing left to do for anyone having this problem is contact support by emailing them:

It's more of a card / drivers / engine problem. We don't have a way to control it as a developer, sorry.
Also it's better to write on forums, the email is going via our publisher and it's harder to track the topic.

This game is Unity, isn't it? Or is it the Unreal Engine? I can't believe a setting to allow users to select their audio device doesn't exist in the Unity Engine. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're trying to say, Peter. It seems like you're saying such a setting isn't possible in the engine the game was written in? That's a poopie engine if that's the case.
