Go there before 20.00 / 8pm, they close the binds at night, steal the key from the garage, later you can just go inside via front door

when the tenants are all out of the house, they close the security blinds. so you have to go in when at least one person is home. you can then wait for them to leave which gives you free reign to run around the house and find the key.

Use the glass cutter on the kids bedroom window when the blinds are open (right side of house when you look at it i think), get inside and wait there until the people leave.

No, you just need to wait while those binds won't be open, they are open at 12:00 or later, I don't remember,

So what I did was buy the safe tools because I had like 3 grand, I couldn't get the glass cutter so naturally I was pissed off because every time you break the window the shutters close. here's what you should do.

Step one - Wait till 8:00pm because that's when the husband with the gun leaves the house
Step two - break the glass and climb through before the shutters close (I used the kids room because it was the closest to the vines incase I didn't make it in in time) cross the hall to the bedroom and jump into one of the closets, the wife is in the kitchen at this time and wont see you
Step three - wait out the cops, collect the key from on top the cabinet in the garage and have free access whenever you like.

This house got me the $5,000 in stolen items achievement and the $10,000 (I did do 2 trips to my car since no one was home. #worth

How to do it if glass cutter and lock pick is locked? Need to break dishes in 102

this is really bullsht. doors can't open without a key, every window requires glasscutter, all windows shut and can't open when the night come, breaking windows by throwing bricks didn't do jacksh`t. hint doesn't give any helpful info just useless ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ one of tenant has a gun so wtf? i searched the whole outside day and night even if there's a key is hidden somewhere but it was total waste of my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time.
