I don't know about this game in paticular, but unity usually means if there are things like motion blur, depth of field, or weird mouse filters, and there are no options in game to disable them.

Game is running fine for me.
GTX 1060 6GB. i5 3.3, 8GB RAM, Win 7 64-bit.
Mouse feels natural. Depth of field is either non-existent in this game or barely noticable.
