first lockpick skill
I just finished breaking the dishes and vinnie tells me to learn lockpicking. Unfortunately I don't have the first skill point yet. Do I just hit random houses for xp? Will it mess up story quests later if I hit a house early?

There are two poor houses without the people that you can steal with base level skills, one with the damaged fence and one with lots of hedges, greenview 109 and 110
