I think it is 102, you can get the keys by sneaking to the garage at day, get the keys from there and come back when noone is home. There is some profitable loot to find.
104 is ok, you can get through one of its windows in the backyard and will have easy access to 106.

To confirm waht N4P4ALM said. 102 is the most profitable house because it has multiple phones to hack and a piece of jewelry to steal that are NOT in a safe. 101 is the next best house, and might be better if you have the ability to open a safe as it has multiple pieces of jewelry, multiple phones, and multiple large items to steal all of which are REALLY easy to get with Lockpicking 3 to open the door and lockpicking 4 to open the two safes.

You can also use the doorbell trick to get into 102 without having any tools what so ever and get the phones/jewelry. You stand at the door and ring the doorbell then when they are about to open it just run at the door and you will run inside past the tenant. Once inside crouch and go into the garage and get the key. Either leave then or if you timed it for when they are leaving the house you can just loot the house while they are gone and have the key for later.
