How Do You Climb or Jump over small fences?
I'm trapped in a yard with a waist high fence and high bushes. How in the heck do I jump or climb onto the small fence so I can leave? There is literally no way exit. How come a thief can't hop a 3 foot fence?

Buy gloves and level your agility.

If you're stuck, sometimes you need to attract the cops and let them bust you (smash a window).
