I am playing Durak for over 15 years iRL. It started in school with some russians, went on with a buddy of mine - we even extended the card deck and rules - and now rarely happens with the family of one of my friends. I learned to play the game including two rules - pushing (if you are attacked with an 8, you can just lay down another 8 and push the attack to the next person) and cheating (throwing down cards that you usually are not allowed to).
