Ship in a bottle

Hello all. before new new game reset, I had the ship in a bottle, after my reset, and after building the advanced ship guild, I had the option to purchase a second one. thought that was quite cool. unfortunately, I still only have 1 battlship. it's not listed under the first battlship, nor listed as a second ship on the list of ships, as if the two were two different ships all together.

I've restarted the game, but sadly, this battlship is still missing.. did I just lose out on 5 euroes or do I need to do something to unlock 2nd ship in a bottle, or is it a bug that I even had the option to get a second ship in a bottle?

admittedly, I did purchase the first one without getting a pop-up to purchase it, or being told it was there.
