Steering wheel and pedals

I configured the steering wheel and pedals about 5 days ago and today I can go forward with the pedal but not backward, I tried to re-configure it but it won't go backward. I don't know what to do.

Try either hitting the G key to set it back to automatic gear or check if you have "Gear must be changed for reversing" checked under "Settings" - > "Gameplay" -> "Vehicle"

Nothing works. I can't have it go backward even by trying to put back the initial version with the W and S

I have the logitech g 27, it works well.

My Saitek steering wheel and side pannel worked well foe the past 5 days but today the tractors won't work in reverse wether I use the pedal or the keyboard.

i have diffrent problem when i trying to calibrate steering it won't keep my settings. so while i playing the game its loose so if i try to go strait it does not do that becouse the calibrate lost focus off as i had in settings and there is also a issue you cannot set steering left and right and i think that is problem in my case so my setting won't be good.. I have G29 if anyone has the same wheels and had this problem pls tell me how to fix this. plus when i was setup go back and forward for my pedals are strange too. same as steering is loose the settings as you have told the game to do.. but Both steering and backward / forward works like 5-10 min after that is broken and need to remake the settings again

I have G920+ pedals. I changed WSAD keys . ( ie , re-config W to accelerator pedal, S to brake pedal. A , turn steering to full lock left ). Found this helped me , + re- calabrating and saving settings.

okey But dont you loose the settings after some min after you have saved while you playing ? becouse that is what happen to me

We need some help to solve this problem pls Dev's... its not nice to play this game with keyboard. the steering settings are odd also with keyboard also
Becouse when you release the key W or S is like is delay abit before it stops.
But for now is better with Keyboard than steering wheels.
Giant has better setup FS17 to mention it.. i know is eairly access game but i know this game have been a while in kickstarter so this should be fixed already

i had the exact same problem. Putting it back on automatic didnt changed it. I also have a strange bug that it changes the gas and brake pedal mid game. I've got the game on hold until they fix some stuff.

Have you try put Accelate pedal on brake and accelate on brake pedel ? that worked for me..
but the steering is bad for me so i dont find any way to fix that part.. so i must play with keyboard and mouse until this are fixed for steering wheels G29 Logitech

The switching pedals has to do with the "Gear must be changed for reversing" option under gameplay. Turn it off for now as it's currently a little buggy.

If you have same problem as i have said longer up in this thread. we must wait until is fixed. and just play with keyboard and mouse..

Just went into the game there. Logitech G920 + pedals, no probs , previous settings were saved ( i had a profile saved as i am currently plowing ). MY SETTINGS :

OPTIONS --> GAME CONTROL --> Logitech G920 --> CONFIGURE AXIS ===

Wheel Axis : 0 Deadzone ; Steering Wheel
Brake: 0 Deadzone ; Throttle / Slider
Accererator : 0 Deadzone ; Throttle / Slider
( No Clutch set , Leave as is )

OPTIONS --> MOVEMENT ======

Foward = W : Brake Pedal
Backward = Accelerate Pedal
Left = A : Steering Wheel Axis ( Turn steering wheel full lock to left to set this )
Right = D

( P.s . Some of those settings seem odd, but , they work perfectly for me . G920+pedals working perfect. I also assigned some other buttons, ie , HAT Down = Handbrake, B Button = Lower rear implement , Paddles LB / RB = Gear Down / Gear UP , etc, etc. )
