How do you place a vending machine?

Simple as the topic, I had the lecture about them, but assumed i just interacted with the seat in the shop (like opening the store) to place it. Its not there. The guildmaster isnt offering any help either....

You have to buy a vending machine from market (if I remember correctly) and then "put it on a table" in your shop like you usually do with items. It will transform said table into a vending machine. You can revert the process later.

Merchant Level 15 is required to place vending machines. The info from the other replies is correct.

You place it like you would an item and the entire row of counters will convert into a vending machine(s)
