Recettear 2: Capitalism from Humble Beginnings

We need a sequal, As far as I understand however there's another game in the works that hasn't been doing to well and the developers are in sorta rut.

I think a sequal would get them out of this rut and it would definately be on my list of games to buy. It's been so long so there's plenty of material for shoutouts and different engines available for programming.

Just rambling because this has been on my mind.

More modern version with improved mechanics would likely be instabuy from me, agreed. No need to have same characters, maybe enough to be in the same universe.

EasyGameStation's games are honestly really good. It's crazy to believe that Recettear came out in 2007. Their games are so simple and innocent but that's what's so good about 'em!

Most indie studios prefer to make unique different games instead of stamping sequels. Unless they planned this to be an episodic series from the start.
