Also the game still on steam store and anyone could buy the dlc's on a dead game server , this is disgusting .
At least developers should have tell steam to close the game store not allowing the buy of a dead game dlc's .
Personally, I prefer to not judge the shutdown or lack of offline update since I literally know nothing about the devs except comment threads on here (and life's too short to waste on being mad at a situation like this which I can't change); but yeah, as you say, it would make sense for them to formally close the store, since the dlc content isn't available anymore.
I think it is gone permanently; the server is no longer available and the devs have said in a different post that they can no longer support the server. :( I've seen some other fishing simulators on steam, but so far none that have a similar aesthetic to this one. Many are more "realistic," with grittier art and what looks like more complicated gameplay. If I try any out and find one I like, I'll come back in here and let you know.
