It looks like their was supposed to be a 4th season of DLC but knowing codemasters, they did indeed abandon this project for another one.
All of Codemaster's games since xbox 360 days where like this. Hell, in the Original Grid for the 360 they were supposed to add in Ferraris but never did. Owners of the original 360 copy will attest that there is several acheivments tied to the never-put-in-the-game cars.

Dirt5 looks genuinely terrible. Not just visually (definitely no iterative leap - except backwards), but the entire aesthetic. Those primary colours. Oh. My. Gawd. It's grim. But very sneaky, Codies, finally giving us some exotic locations, but of course tied to such a dog's mess of a game. Funny how all we ended up with in DiRT Rally 2.0 was boring farmlands and forests.
remember when you could control the camera during a rewind so you could see your crash in different angles? Remember when you could rewind 5 seconds and choose ANY point in that 5 second interval to resume?
Codemasters doesnt know its fans and i cant blame them fully cause the codemaster fandom/community is terrible one. Even worse than the Sonic fandom.
