Game stuck at black screen after finishing a race (After Season 3 update).

Every time I finished a race, the game stuck in a black screen with the music still running. Can somebody explain what is going on ?

didnt associate this problem with the new 3....but maybe so....my game dumps after i finish the first race in a session...i thought the game was pissed that i was kicking butt in my races...i finish the race...click on to the times and results....sometimes watch myself win on replay then click continue(PC player with wheel) the screen goes blank...no sound....then its gone and a pop up message is produced saying that grid had stopped working....send message or close program...program already gone big daddy...ive sent at least 40 grid failure messages....to whom?couldnt say....after several weeks of failures...no one has responded to those messages...am i being vocal...or am i in a dream where i open my mouth to speak but nothing is uttered.....plz...someone fix that crap....it does give me the race winning though..sdo im accumulating a small fortune while this is all playing out....but i cant complete my carreer races anymore so that hurts...wahh

The game right now is not worth playing, it stays with the black screen and crashes, hopefully the next patch will fix it because otherwise it is not worth playing, ♥♥♥♥

This is a workaround that works for me: When the screen is stuck press CTRL + ALT + DEL, then ESC (opens / closes the task manager)

Also just music for me - can also use steam overlay and exit steam overlay just fine

Even after the patch update, the bug still persists. Stuck at black screen after a race.

Still. I deleted the game once because of it. Now I reinstalled it, aaand nothing changed since then.
