Uhh, you didn't get the point... which is that it shouldn't take 100GB, as it's not current gen, and doesn't look the part, nor will it have the content to justify it.
Usually huge install sizes are due to bad optimization of assets, and are far from synonymous with quality.
I got plenty of space btw, still chiming in that 100gb is ridiculous for what this game is.
Games in general now are just huge. Most recent example I have is Wolfenstein Young Blood. Not a huge game in terms of gameplay content, but it's 40GB.
Storage is super cheap now though. HDDs are a cent a GB. A 1TB SATA SSD is about $100 with nvme versions at about $200 or less.
1TB M.2 is $114 (Western Digital) and so are SSD's at that capacity.
and Gran Turismo 6 on PS3 runs at 60fps, is 30~ GB and exceeds well over 1000 cars... what is your point. Forza is bad - get over it.
Thinking about it, my computer had 2 gigs of PATA hard drive in 1999, but i was able to play games like Mortal Kombat 4, NFS3, Hexen II, TombRaider III, Viper Racing... etc. and never felt my 2000 mb sized storage is small.
What a phenomenon that History is.
uncompressed audio can make files pretty big as well
remember this being case for titanfall
