VR is finally starting to make some inroads into the mainstream and it is clear that VR is not going away (as those who have not tried it would wish). It will not be long before all these 'no VR - no buy' comments have a significant enough financial impact. This is especially true of this genre of game. If you have a VR set up it is almost impossible to play a racing game on a flat screen again. No other games is impacted by VR so fundamentally as Racing games. You can ignore us for now Codemasters, but this will not always be the case.
So.....
No VR - no buy.
Seriously CM, I know you guys got the chops to knock VR out of the park with this one. I stopped Playing Autosport due to wheel support. You nailed it here. Now, take that a bit more and kick the same practice into VR and there won't be much competition with the Grid series imho.
"Sorry....What did you say there?"
Morons. They are already have like 12 racing games all including the features we want, weather systems, day/night cycling, VR support, Wheel support, multiplayer options. But every new game they decide to just remove ♥♥♥♥ they have already made. It is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating.
This.
Codemasters, Your company will die if you do not evolve
Yes
VR is OK but more of a PITA than it is worth, my curved high refresh rate monitor was a MUCH better purchase
